摘要
党内请示报告制度是一项重要政治纪律、组织纪律、工作纪律,为贯通党的组织体系、贯彻党中央集中统一领导、维护和巩固党的领导权提供了重要保障.梳理党内请示报告的历史发展脉络,分析当下存在的问题与挑战,提出新形势下的践行方向,为完善重大事项请示报告及其配套法规、推动全面从严治党取得更大成绩提供参照.
Abstract
The regulations of requesting instructions and reorting on the work within the CPC is a vital olit-ical disciline,organizational disciline and work disciline of our party,which rovides an imortant guarantee for running smoothly through the party's organizational system,imlementing the centralized,unified lead-ership of the party's Central Committee,and maintaining and consolidating the party's leadership.It aimed to sort out the historical develoment of the regulations of requesting instructions and reorting on the work within the CPC,analyzed the existing roblems and challenges,and put forward some feasible methods under the new situation,so as to provide reference for improving the requesting instructions on major is-sues and its relevant auxiliary laws and regulations,and exercising full and strict governance over the par-ty.
