摘要
大数据时代AI机器人和自动化技术在电子商务中起到越来越重要的作用,但也由此引发一些法律问题.分析了AI机器人和自动化技术在电子商务经营活动中的法律地位、法律关系和法律责任,以及实践过程中存在的诸多法律问题,在此基础上提出了所涉及的相关法律问题的对策.
Abstract
AI robots and automation technology in the era of big data play an increasingly important role in E-commerce,but it also leads to some legal problems.It analyzed the legal status,legal relationship and legal responsibility in this paper of AI robots and automation technology in E-commerce business activi-ties,as well as the many legal problems that exist in practice.On this basis,some forward countermeasures were given for the relevant legal issues involved.
