It took the hole and shaft fit as the research object,when the working temperature deviates from the standard design temperature by 20 ℃,the fit properties of the hole and shaft will change:originally designed as a gap fit,as the temperature increases,the fit properties gradually change to a transition fit,and in severe cases,it may even become an interference fit,and directly affecting the working perform-ance.Theoretical calculations and finite element simulations have shown that temperature changes can af-fect the fitting properties of holes and shafts.It will provide a basis for the study of hole and shaft fit as well as thermal deformation in CNC machine tools and machining centers.
