基于EDEM的小麦籽粒建模及振动筛仿真分析

针对小麦振动筛分设备工作参数的确定对试验依赖性大、筛分效果差等问题,根据小麦籽粒的形态特征,借助EDEM软件采用球形颗粒填充的方法,设计单层振动筛结构,建立小麦振动筛离散元仿真模型,并对振动筛在振动频率分别为7、8、9 Hz时的筛分过程进行模拟.模拟结果表明:在振动筛面倾角、振动幅度和振动方向角相同的条件下,随着振动频率的增大,小麦籽粒堆积减少,8 Hz时小麦收集箱内短茎杆数量最少;9 Hz时小麦收集箱内短茎杆数量多;综合考虑,振动频率为8 Hz时,振动筛作业效果较好.
Wheat Kernel Modeling and Shaker Simulation Analysis Based on EDEM
In order to solve the problems such as large dependence of working parameters of wheat vibra-ting screen equipment on test and poor screening effect,according to the morphological characteristics of wheat grains,the single-layer vibrating screen structure was designed by using EDEM software and spher-ical particle filling method,and the discrete element simulation model of wheat vibrating screen was estab-lished.The screening process was simulated when the vibration frequency of the vibrating screen is 7 Hz,8 Hz and 9 Hz respectively.The simulation results showed that under the condition of the same tilting an-gle,vibration amplitude and vibration direction angle,wheat grain accumulation decreased with the in-crease of vibration frequency,and the number of short stems in the wheat collection box is the least at 8 Hz.At 9 Hz,the number of short stems in the wheat collection box is more.Under comprehensive consid-eration,when the vibration frequency is 8 Hz,the operation effect of the vibrating screen is better.
