Finite Element Method Design for Virtual Thermal Test of Aircraft Based on MATLAB
A finite element design method based on MATLAB for virtual thermal test was proposed to ad-dress the potential structural damage caused by aircraft ground thermal test.Firstly, the finite element ma-trix for defining the thermal problem based on finite element in MATLAB was derived. Then, for the air-craft object undergoing virtual thermal test, the key material properties were calculated through static test. Finally, the virtual thermal test was realized by the finite element method in the MATLAB environment. The numerical comparison with Ansys showed that the maximum numerical error ratio of ten temperature sampling points is less than 4%,and the average error ratio is 1.01%,which verified the feasibility of the virtual thermal test design based on finite element in MATLAB.
