摘要
科技伦理具有连贯性的体系化发展过程,国内外学者以各种研究视角对科技伦理进行深层次探索.以科技伦理的发展脉络为切入点,建构起本土化的科技伦理概念,并结合我国在规范科技伦理、推动科技伦理体系化进程中的经验,总结出我国科技伦理的当代特征,从本土化的科技伦理观、制度规范以及治理机制三方面的特征,提出一些思考.
Abstract
Science and technology ethics is a coherent and systematic development process.For a long time,domestic and foreign scholars have deeply explored science and technology ethics from various re-search perspectives.In this paper,with the development of science and technology ethics as the break-through point,it constructed the localization of science and technology ethics concept,and combined with the experience in the process of science and technology ethics,the process of ethics,summed up the con-temporary characteristics of science and technology ethics,from the localization of science and technology ethics,system specification and governance mechanism of three characteristics,it put forward certain thinking at last.
