Cultivation of Employment Ability for Graduates from Local Universities under the Systematic Concept
Basing on the current main problems of employment education in universities,by the methodol-ogy of"adhere to a systematic concept"which is one of the"Six Adherences"in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it explored the necessity in this paper of adhering to a systematic concept to carry out employment education in universities.It comprehensively planed the inte-gration and linkage guidance of various employment related education such as ideological and political ed-ucation,professional learning,second classroom,joint training,psychological health,innovation and entre-preneurship for students,and constructed strategies for cultivating employment ability of local applied col-lege graduates in the New Era from the perspective of systematic concepts.It will help college students en-hance their comprehensive abilities required for high quality employment in the New Era,and enhance their innovation,entrepreneurship abilities and competitiveness in employment.
