摘要

目的:通过文献抄读活动的实践,研究文献抄读活动在药学专业本科生创新能力培养中的作用.方法:采用问卷调查的方式,分析文献抄读活动对药学专业素养和创新能力的影响,并追踪100 名2019 级药学专业本科生大三两个学期的综合成绩与文献抄读活动成绩的相关性;比较观察组与对照组学生在药学技能竞赛的参与率和研究生报考率和录取率的差异.结果:问卷调查结果表明,75%的学生认为文献抄读活动可以提升学术素养的培养,80%的学生认为文献抄读活动可以提升科研意识的培养,85%的学生认为文献抄读活动可以提升文献检索和分析能力.学生文献抄读活动评审结果与其在大三第一学期的综合成绩排名(r=0.345,P＜0.01)和第二学期的综合成绩排名(r=0.435,P＜0.01)均呈显著正相关关系;观察组的技能竞赛参与率远高于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组学生的研究生报考率和录取率显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:通过对文献抄读活动的实施与分析,发现该活动在激发学生的创新思维、拓宽学科视野等方面有积极影响.

Abstract

Objective:To study the role of literature reading activity in cultivating innovative ability among pharmacy undergraduates through the practice of literature reading activity.Methods:A questionnaire survey was used to analyze the impact of literature copying activities on pharmacy professional literacy and innovation ability,and to track the correlation between the comprehensive scores of 100 pharmacy undergraduates in the third two semesters of 2019 and the results of literature copying activities;the differences between the observation group and the control group in the participation rate of pharmaceutical skills competition and the enrollment rate and enrollment rate of graduate students were compared.Results:The results of the questionnaire survey showed that 75%of the students thought that the literature reading activities could improve the cultivation of academic literacy,80%of the students thought that the literature reading activities could improve the cultivation of scientific research consciousness,and 85%of the students thought that the literature reading activities could improve the ability of literature retrieval and analysis.There was a significant positive correlation between the evaluation results of students'literature copying activities and their comprehensive performance rankings in the first semester(r=0.345,P＜0.01)and the second semester(r=0.435,P＜0.01).The participation rate of skill competition in the observation group was much higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The postgraduate enrollment rate and admission rate of the students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions:Through the implementation and analysis of literature reading activity,it is found that this activity has a positive impact on stimulating students'innovative thinking and broadening their field of view.
