Application of adaption-system dual mode psychological nursing in patients undergoing colorectal cancer surgery and its influences on hope level and quality of life
Objective:To explore the application of adaption-system dual mode psychological nursing in patients undergoing colorectal cancer surgery and its influences on hope level and quality of life. Methods:A total of 78 patients undergoing colorectal cancer surgery were enrolled as the study subjects.According to the order of admission, they were divided into control group (40 cases, from June 2019 to June 2021) and observation group (38 cases, from July 2021 to June 2022) .The control group was given routine psychological nursing, while the observation group was given adaption-system dual mode psychological nursing. The scores of symptom check list-90 (SCL-90),Herth hope index (HHI),adaptability scale, functional assessment of cancer therapy (FACT-G),and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups. Results:After intervention, scores of anxiety, depression, fear and tension in both groups were decreased, and SCL-90 scores were lower in observation group than control group (P<0.05 to P<0.01).The scores of HHI,adaptability scale and FACT-G in both groups were increased, which were higher in observation group than control group (P<0.05 to P<0.01).The treatment compliance in study group was higher than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusions:The adaption-system dual mode psychological nursing has significant nursing effect in patients undergoing colorectal cancer surgery, which can effectively alleviate negative psychological states, improve hope level, adaptability, and treatment compliance, and thus improve quality of life.
