Objective:To explore the effect of integrated diagnosis and treatment model teaching in clinical teaching of medical oncology.Methods:A total of 96 undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine were selected from Bengbu Medical University in 2018,and randomly divided into the control group and observation group(48 case each group).The observation group was taught with integrated diagnosis and treatment mode,while the control group was taught with traditional multimedia.At the end of the course,the satisfaction rate of students to the course model and teachers,and mastery of the theoretical knowledge and clinical skills were compared between two groups.Results:The results of questionnaire showed that the satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P＜0.01).The scores of the theoretical knowledge and clinical skills in the observation group were high than that in control group(P＜0.01).Conclusions:The application of integrated diagnosis and treatment model teaching in clinical teaching of medical oncology is helpful to improve the students'satisfaction with the course model and teachers,and their theoretical knowledge and clinical practice results.
