青藏高原纳木错湖细菌群落特征及其与高山湖泊的对比

通过流式细胞计数和构建环境样品16S rRNA基因的克隆文库,分析了纳木错湖水细菌的群落结构特征,并与阿尔卑斯高山湖泊细菌群落结构进行了比较.纳木错6月湖水细菌数为1.21×106个·mL-1,与其它高山湖泊相似.β -Proteobacteria类细菌是纳木错湖水细菌的主要类群,占总数的61%.纳木错湖水细菌与分离自其它水生环境的细菌相似,但具耐寒的特征.由于营养条件、地理状况等物理化学特征的不同,纳木错湖与阿尔卑斯高山湖泊(Jori XIII湖)细菌的种属完全不同,纳木错湖细菌以耐寒和嗜寒细菌为主,且多样性低.
Microbial Community Structures in the Nam Co Lake,Tibetan Plateau,and Comparison with Other Alpine Lakes
The bacterial diversity and abundance in surface lake water sampled from Nam Co Lake during June, 2006, were analyzed by flow cytomertry and 16S rRNA gene clone library approaches. The bacterial abundance was about 1. 21 × 106 cells · mL-1 in Nam Co, similar to other alpine lakes. Bacteria of β -Proteobacteria were dominant group in Nam Co, accounting for 61% of the total a- mount. The bacteria were similar to others in a-quatic environment, but showed more psychrophil-ic features. Due to different nutrition and geography status, bacterial community in Nam Co is remarkably different from those in Lake Jori XIII in the Alps. Bacteria in Nam Co have lower diversity, and more psychrophilic features than those in Lake Jori XIII.
