On the Management Performance Evaluation of Listed Logistics Enterprises in China—Taking the Road Transport Industry as an Example
In order to scientifically evaluate the operating performance of listed logistics enterprises in China,taking the road transport industry as an example,the DEA-BCC-I model and Malmquist index method were constructed to evaluate the static and dynamic operating performance of 26 listed logistics enterprises from 2018 to 2022.The results show that the average comprehensive efficiency of 26 listed logistics enterprises in China in 2022 is 0.869,and low pure technical efficiency is the main influencing factor.From 2018 to 2022,the total factor productivity of 26 logistics enterprises showed a downward trend,among which technology regression and improper scale were the hindrance factors for the improvement of total factor productivity.It is suggested that some measures should be taken to improve the technical level,reasonably determine the scale of operation,improve the matching degree of input resources,and do a good job in the macro planning and infrastructure construction of logistics industry in order to improve the operating performance of listed logistics enterprises in China.
