摘要
宋代社会生活中有一个"恶少年"群体,其行为类似近世之流氓.宋代社会中的"恶少年"群体,大都具有纵逸狂放、蔑视法令、反社会倾向等特点.其身份来源复杂,囊括了社会各个阶层,尤以浮浪人口为主.数量庞大的恶少年群体以武乱法,在基层社会横行无忌,或结成团体,或与地方恶势力结合,给民众生活带来巨大纷扰,严重干扰了宋廷对基层社会的治理与管控.故宋代采取教化、打击、招抚等多种方式对恶少年问题进行矫治,并取得了一定的效果.
Abstract
In the social life of Song Dynasty,there was a group of"delinquent youth",whose behaviors were similar to those of rascals in modern society.Most of the"delinquent youth"have the common characteristics of unruliness,contempt for laws and regulations,and anti-social tendency and so on.Their identities came from complex sources,including all stratum of the society,especially the transient population without immovable property.Due to the large number of"delinquent youth"in Song Dynasty spreading all over urban and rural areas,this group run wild by force in the grass-roots society,among whom formed groups or combined with local evil forces,which brought great disturbance to people's lives and further seriously interfered with the governance and control of the grass-roots society of Song Court.Therefore,the rulers of the Song Dynasty took many ways to correct the problem of"delinquent youth",such as education,attack,and appeal,and achieved some results.
