With the diversification of cadre training needs and the widespread application of digital technology,the digital transformation of cadre training has become an inevitable trend.A survey of training for cadres in the education system reveals issues:superficial learning,inadequate digital literacy and guiding skills among training instructors,unsatisfactory learning experiences on online platforms,and online resources failing to meet individualized needs.To address these issues,it is necessary to comprehensively enhance the digital literacy of cadre trainers,optimize digital resources,and improve digital management system,thereby further enhance the precision and effectiveness of cadre training in the education system.
