In the 1940s,the publication of Sun Li's articles was closely related to The Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei Daily.Sun Li's articles Some Understanding of Natural Science and After the"One Day in Jizhong"newly discovered in the literary supplement of The Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei Daily are not found in the currently published Sun Li's collected works,chronology and other materials,and are regarded as lost works of Sun Li.The previous article reveals that in the context of the Anti-Japanese War,Sun Li believed that science should be integrated with the people and serve the people.It has an obvious propaganda nature of the Anti-Japanese War and is a rare discussion of natural science in Sun Li's articles.The following article is the original version of Sun Li's article After the"One Day in Jizhong"included in Gengtang Miscellaneous Records in his later years.The content is somewhat different.The discovery of this earlier version will help improve the writer's activity trajectory and restore the work's initial appearance is also helpful.
