Effect of Aerosol Inhalation Administration of BD-77 on Pneumonia Induced by Respiratory Syncytial Virus and Lipopolysaccharide in Mice
To study the protective effect of BD-77 on pneumonia induced by respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)and lipopolysaccharide(LPS)in mice, and to provide experimental basis for further development of BD-77.A mouse model of pneumonia induced by RSV and LPS was established by nasal drops. The pharmacological effects of BD-77 were evaluated by lung index, lung index inhibition rate, viral load and inflammatory factors of lung tissue.Aerosol administration of BD-77 at 75 mg·mL-1 and 37.5 mg·mL-1 for 25min could significantly reduce lung index, viral load and inflammatory factor release of RSV-infected mice.Intravenous injection of 150 mg/(kg·d)and 75 mg/(kg·d)of BD-77 had protective effects on lipopolysaccharide(LPS)induced pneumonia in mice.BD-77 has significant protective effect on RSV and LPS induced pneumonia in mice.
