Research Progress on the Application of Immuno-PCR Technology in the Detection of Trace Non-nucleic Acid Molecules
Immuno-polymerase chain reaction(IPCR)is a method that combines the specificity of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and the high sensitivity of polymerase chain reaction(PCR).Compared with ELISA,the sensitivity of IPCR can reach fg/mL due to the exponential amplification ability of PCR technology.Due to its high sensitivity,IPCR has a wide range of applications in detection of trace biomolecules.This review introduces the development process of IPCR,various forms of IPCR,and application of IPCR in virus,bacteria,parasites,tumor markers,fungi,environmental detection,etc.,all of these prove that IPCR technology has high application value in the detection of trace biomolecules.
