摘要
自组装纳米颗粒作为抗原展示平台可以有效增强抗原的免疫效果和稳定性,是有前景的疫苗技术.新冠疫情加速了颗粒化新冠疫苗的发展,目前已有一些应用纳米颗粒的新冠疫苗处于不同的临床试验阶段.本文介绍了几种自组装颗粒化抗原展示平台在新冠疫苗中的应用,并对其免疫机制和研究进展进行了综述.
Abstract
Self-assembled nanoparticles as an antigen display platform can effectively enhance the immune effect and stability of antigens,which is a promising vaccine technology.Covid-19 epidemic has accelerated the development of particulate COVID-19 vaccines,and there are already some COVID-19 vaccines using nanoparticles in various stages of clinical trials.In this paper,the application of several self-assembled particulate antigen display platforms in the COVID-19 vaccine development is introduced,and the immune mechanisms and research progresses are reviewed.
