摘要
Sf弹状病毒(Sf-rhabdo virus,S f-RV)是2014年从雌性草地贪夜蛾(Spodoptera frugiperda,Sf)蛹中分离得到的昆虫细胞系(Sf)中发现的一种弹状病毒,为线性负义单链RNA病毒.在Sf细胞系中发现的新弹状病毒(Sf-RV)使人们对昆虫细胞杆状病毒表达载体系统(Insect cell baculovirus expression vector system,IC-BEVS)生产的生物制剂的安全性表示质疑.本文主要对该病毒基因组构成、组成蛋白功能、感染宿主细胞能力宿主细胞对病毒的影响以及病毒带来的潜在安全性问题等方面进行简要阐述,以增加入们的认识.
Abstract
Sf-rhabdovirus(Sf-RV),a linear negative-sense single-stranded RNA virus,was found in insect cell line(Sf)isolated from female Armyworm(Spodoptera frugiperda)larvae in 2014.The discovery of Sf-rhabdovirus(Sf-RV)in the Sf cell line raises questions about the safety of biologics produced by the insect cell baculovirus expression vector system(IC-BEVS).In this paper,the genome structure,the function of component proteins,the ability to infect host cells,the influence of host cells on the virus and the potential safety problems brought by the virus were briefly described,so as to increase people's understanding of the new rhabdovirus.
