摘要
20世纪40年代,中国科学家从病毒性脑炎患者标本首次分离到乙脑病毒,此后陆续从乙脑患者标本、多种蚊虫媒介标本和动物标本分离到大量乙脑病毒.本文系统介绍中国在乙脑病毒的地域分布、蚊虫传播媒介以及乙脑病毒分子遗传进化等方面的研究现状,以推动相关研究.
Abstract
The Japanese encephalitis virus(JEV)was first isolated in China in 1940.Since then,Chinese scientists have isolated the JEV in specimens from patients suffering from JEV infection,various mosquito vector specimens and animal specimens.Herein,we detail research status of the JEV,including geographical distribution,mosquito vectors and the molecular genetic evolution of the JEV in China.We hope that our review can promote JEV research in China.
