病毒性疾病基因修饰小鼠模型的研究进展

随着腺相关病毒、慢病毒载体转染及靶向核酸酶等基因修饰技术迅速发展,其被广泛应用于构建病毒性疾病基因修饰小鼠模型,这对于研究病毒的结构、功能及致病机制具有重要的价值.本文就近年来构建的基因修饰小鼠病毒感染模型进行梳理,讨论基因修饰技术在多种病毒性疾病小鼠模型中的研究进展,分析这些模型对在病毒性疾病的预防和治疗中的应用前景,以期为病毒性疾病相关的治疗药物和疫苗研究提供参考.
Research Advances in Genetically Modified Mouse Models of Viral Diseases
With the rapid development of gene modification technologies such as adeno-associated virus,lentiviral vector transfection and targeted nucleases,the establishment and application of gene modified mouse models are becoming more and more widespread and have become one of the emerging and effective animal experimental models.The genetically modified mouse models of viral infectious diseases established with these technologies are of great value for studying the structure,function and pathogenesis of viruses.In this paper,we reviewed the progress of genetically modified mouse models of viral infections in recent years,analyzed and discussed the research progress of genetic modification techniques in various mouse models of viral infectious diseases,and looked forward to the prospects of these techniques for promoting the prevention and treatment of viral infectious diseases,in order to provide references for the research of viral infectious disease-related drugs and vaccines and the preparation of related animal models.
