免疫芯片(Immune chips)是一种特殊的蛋白质芯片,该技术本质上是将抗原-抗体结合反应的特异性与电子芯片高密度集成的原理相结合,形成了一种新型的生物检测技术,具有高灵敏度、操作简便、反应速度快等优势.随着科学技术的进步和创新,免疫芯片技术正在不断突破原有的局限,向着更高的灵敏度、更宽的检测范围、更快的检测速度和更低的成本方向发展,成为检测领域强有力的工具.本文综述了几类免疫芯片的基本原理和技术特点,主要分析了其在病毒、细菌、疾病标志物、真菌、寄生虫等检测中的应用.
Research Progress on Immune Chips Detection Technology
Immune chips are special protein chips that essentially combine the specificity of antigen-antibody binding reactions with the high-density integration principle of electronic chips,forming a new type of biological detection technology with advantages such as high sensitivity,easy operation and fast response.This article reviews the basic principles and technical characteristics of several types of immune chips as well as their application progress in molecular detection of diseases,pathogens,agriculture and food safety.With the advancement and innovation of science and technology,the limitations of immune chip technology are continuously being broken overcome.The technology is evolving towards higher sensitivity,a wider detection range,faster detection speed,and lower cost,becoming a powerful tool in the field of molecular testing.
