人乳头瘤病毒(Human papillomavirus,HPV)是最常见的性传播病原体,可导致多种癌症,目前已经发现200多种基因型.预防性HPV疫苗有望减少甚至消灭由疫苗型别导致的疾病负担,但目前的疫苗并未覆盖HPV所有型别,人们始终关注广泛实施HPV疫苗接种后,疫苗型别流行率降低空出的生态位是否将被非疫苗型别替代?目前对于HPV疫苗接种后是否存在型别替换的研究也取得了一定进展.本文拟对HPV疫苗型别竞争与型别替换的研究进展做一综述.
Research Progress of Human Papillomavirus(HPV)Type Competition and Type Replacement
Human papillomavirus(HPV)is one of the most common sexually transmitted pathogens,causing various cancers,and more than 200 HPV genotypes have been identified.The HPV vaccine is expected to eventually reduce or eliminate the burden of diseases attributable to HPV vaccine type.However,current vaccines do not cover all types of HPV.A concern has been raised that it may lead to type replacement following widely implementing HPV vaccination programs.Progress has been made in researching type replacement following HPV vaccination.Here,we review the research progress on the HPV type competition and type replacement.
