猪圆环病毒3型(Porcine circovirus type 3,PCV3)是近年来新发现的一种病毒,在全球范围内广泛传播,给世界养猪业造成了巨大经济损失.流行病学研究表明,PCV3的主要宿主有家猪和野猪,主要通过垂直和水平传播两条途径感染其他家养动物和野生动物,感染后会导致猪呼吸、消化等多系统炎症和免疫、繁殖系统障碍,甚至引起混合感染、继发感染等.近年来,国内外多个地区陆续报道PCV3感染,而且自2015年开始呈逐年增长趋势,为了有效控制PCV3的流行,本文着重对PCV3的易感宿主、传播途径、流行病学发展等方面的最新研究进展进行归纳和总结,以期为后续监测PCV3优势毒株的遗传多样性和分子流行病学的动态变化等研究提供参考.
Research Progress on the Epidemiology of Porcine Circovirus Type 3
Porcine circovirus type 3(PCV3)has spread widely globally,causing huge economic losses to the pig industry.Epidemiological studies have shown that the main hosts of PCV3 are domestic pigs and wild boars.PCV3 mainly infects other domestic animals and wild animals through vertical and horizontal transmission routes.Post-infection,inflammation in respiratory and digestive systems,as well as disorders in immune and reproductive systems,occurs in pigs.Mixed infection and secondary infection can also occur.In recent years,PCV3 infection has been reported in many areas in China and abroad,and it has been increasing year-by-year since 2015.To control the epidemic of PCV3 effectively,this review article focuses on the latest research on susceptible hosts,transmission routes and epidemiological development of PCV3.In this way,we provide a reference for the follow-up monitoring of genetic diversity and molecular epidemiological changes of the dominant strains of PCV3.
