柞蚕羧酸酯酶活性与经济性状的相关性分析及杂种优势表现

摘要
选择3个柞蚕亲本以及6个杂交组合的五龄柞蚕幼虫,测定不同组织中羧酸酯酶的活性,利用生物数学方法分析羧酸酯酶活性与经济性状杂种优势的关系,探讨羧酸酯酶活性用于柞蚕杂种优势预测的可能性.结果表明,不同柞蚕幼虫组织羧酸酯酶活性的杂种优势表现不同.不同组织中羧酸酯酶活性与经济性状的相关性不同,脂肪体中羧酸酯酶活性与茧层率均呈极显著负相关,而且与其杂种优势率也呈极显著负相关;血淋巴中羧酸酯酶活性与生命力性状(死笼率、虫蛹生命率)有显著的相关关系,且杂种优势率也显著相关.因此,柞蚕幼虫脂肪体羧酸酯酶活性可作为预测茧质性状(茧层率)杂种优势、血淋巴中羧酸酯酶活性可作为预测柞蚕生命力性状(死笼率、虫蛹生命率)杂种优势的一种生化指标.
Abstract
In this experiment,three parental strains of A.pernyi and six hybrid combinations of fifth instar A.pernyi larvae were selected to measure the activity of carboxylesterase in different tissues.By employing mathematical biology method,the relationship between carboxylesterase activity and e-conomic trait heterosis was analyzed,aiming to explore the potential of using carboxylesterase activity for predicting tussah heterosis.The results indicated that the heterosis in carboxylesterase activity varied across different tissues of Antheraea pernyi larvae.The correlation between carboxylesterase activity in different tissues and economic traits varied,with a highly significant negative correlation observed between carboxylesterase activity in the fat body and cocoon shell ratio,as well as a highly significant negative correlation with heterosis rate.Additionally,carboxylesterase activity in hemo-lymph showed a significant correlation with vitality traits(mortality rate in cages,pupal survival rate),and was also significantly correlated with heterosis rate.Therefore,carboxylesterase activity in the fat body of A.pernyi can serve as a biochemical index for predicting heterosis in cocoon quality traits(cocoon layer rate),while carboxylesterase activity in hemolymph can be utilized for predicting heterosis in vitality traits(mortality rate in cages,pupal survival rate).
