摘要

通过研究敌敌畏和乐果两种农药对3龄和5龄柞蚕幼虫体内谷胱甘肽S-转移酶(GSTs)、乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)和羧酸酯酶(CES)活性的影响,结果表明:敌敌畏和乐果农药的半致死剂量LC50 72 h对3龄柞蚕幼虫血淋巴中3种酶的活性均有一定的抑制作用,其中敌敌畏的最大抑制率分别为31.27%、12.22%和13.38%,乐果的最大抑制率分别为10.22%、12.51%和9.17%;敌敌畏半致死剂量LC50 72 h和乐果给药剂量2 g/L条件下,对5龄柞蚕幼虫CES活性均有一定的激活作用,其中以敌敌畏对5龄柞蚕幼虫CES活性影响最大,血淋巴CES活性给药后1 h达最高,比对照组提高了 21.37%;脂肪体、中肠、丝腺CES活性均在在给药后5 h达最高,比对照组分别提高了 22.88%、21.29%和19.71%.

Abstract

This study investigated the effects of two pesticides,dichlorvos and dimethoate,on the ac-tivities of glutathione S-transferase(GSTs),acetylcholinesterase(AChE)and carboxylesterase(CES)in the 3rd and 5th instar of tussah larvae.The results showed that the semi-lethal dose LC50 72h of dichlorvos and dimethoate had certain inhibitory effects on the activities of the three enzymes in the hemolymph of 3rd instar tussah larvae,with maximum inhibition rates of 31.27%,12.22%and 13.38%for dichlorvos,and 10.22%,12.51%and 9.17%for dimethoate,respectively.Under the condi-tions of semi-lethal dose of dichlorvos(LC50 72h)and dimethoate(2g/L),both pesticides had an acti-vating effect on the CES activity of 5th instar tussah larvae.Dichlorvos had the greatest influence on the CES activity of 5th instar tussah larvae,with the hemolymph CES activity reaching its peak 1 hour after administration,showing a 21.37%increase compared to the control group.The CES activities in the fat body,midgut and silk gland all reached their peaks at 5 hours after administration,showing increases of 22.88%,21.29%and 19.71%,respectively,compared to the control group.
