摘要

2023年春季,安康市蚕桑产业发展中心蚕桑研究所对苏州大学提供的家蚕彩色茧新杂交组合"313×410(正反交)"进行全龄桑叶育对比试验;对山东农业大学提供的家蚕品种"优食一号(正反)"进行1-3龄人工饲料育、4-5龄桑叶育对比试验.与菁松×皓月全龄桑叶育相比,313 ×410(正反交)和优食一号(正反交)的死笼率低,万蚕收茧量、万蚕茧层量低,普通茧重量百分率高,上车率高,解舒率低,解舒光折大,万米吊糙次数多.

Abstract

In the spring of 2023,the Sericulture Research Institute of Ankang Sericulture Industry De-velopment Center conducted a comparative experiment on the full-age mulberry leaf rearing using the new hybrid combination"313X410(reciprocal crosses)"of colored cocoons provided by Suzhou Uni-versity.At the same time,a comparative experiment was conducted on the artificial feeding of 1-3 in-star silkworms and 4-5 instar mulberry leaf rearing using the silkworm variety"Youshi 1(reciprocal crosses)"provided by Shandong Agricultural University.Compared to the full-stage mulberry leaf rearing variety Jingsong × Haoyue,313 × 410(reciprocal crosses)and Youshi No.1(reciprocal cros-ses)showed lower mortality rates,lower cocoon yields per 10,000 silkworms,lower cocoon shell content,and higher percentage of normal cocoon weight,higher cocooning rate,lower reelability per-centage,larger cocoon filament length,and more instances of rough reeling per 10,000 meters.
