摘要
柞蚕新品种"L青"是以"吉黄一化"和"选大一号"为亲本材料,利用杂交和系统选育手段,采用分区饲养、系统分离、定向培育及高温胁迫锻炼的方法,通过5年10代系统选育而育成的特异标记青黄蚕新品种.该品种具有耐高温、抗逆性强、杂交优势强、丰产性能稳定等特点,已在生产中得到大面积应用.春、秋季选育结果:千粒茧重分别为8.56kg和11.53kg,单蛾产卵量分别为310粒和303粒,全茧量分别为9.56g和11.38g,茧层率分别为9.40％和11.85％.
Abstract
The new tussah variety,"L Qing",was developed through hybridization and systematic breeding techniques using"Jihuang Yihua"and"Xuan da No.1"as parent materials.Employing methods such as regional feeding,systematic separation,targeted cultivation,and high-temperature stress conditioning,this variety was established after 10 generations of systematic selection over a pe-riod of 5 years.The"L Qing"variety is characterized by its high-temperature tolerance,strong resili-ence,robust hybrid vigor,and stable yield performance,which has been widely applied in production. The breeding results in spring and autumn show a thousand cocoon weight of 8.56 kg and 11.53 kg,respectively;the number of eggs laid per moth was 310 and 303,respectively;the total cocoon weight was 9.56 g and 11.38 g;and the cocoon layer rates were 9.40％ and 11.85％,respectively.
