From the existing seed resource bank in Jilin Province,ten varieties of Antheraea pernyi were selected as the experimental subjects.The study investigated the differences in glutathione S-transferase(GST),carboxylesterase(CarE),and acetylcholinesterase(AChE)activity among differ-ent tussah silkworm varieties,tissues,and developmental stages.Additionally,a preliminary analysis was conducted to assess the correlation between the cocoons'quality traits and viability characteristics with enzyme activity across the different tussah silkworm varieties.
