摘要

作者以蓝靛果忍冬'蓝精灵'为试材,研究混合基质(草炭土∶珍珠岩∶河沙=2∶1∶1)、珍珠岩、河沙3种基质及其与ABT配合应用条件下蓝靛果忍冬硬枝扦插根系生长情况.结果表明,混合基质(草炭土∶珍珠岩∶河沙=2∶1∶1)+ABT处理的扦插生根率最高,为91.67%,且根系几何形态特征最好,其中<2.0 mm的极细根和细根的根长和根表面积分别占根系总长、总表面积的98%和90%以上,有利于对水分和养分的吸收.

Abstract

Used Lonicera caerulea L.variety'Blue Elf'as test materials,investigated the growth of Lonicera caerulea L.hard branches roots under mixed substrates(peat soil∶perlite∶river sand=2∶1∶1),perlite,river sand,and their combined application with ABT.The research results showed that the mixed substrate(peat soil∶perlite∶river sand=2∶1∶1)+ABT had the highest rooting rate of 91.67%,and the root geometry characteristics were the best.Among them,the root length and root surface area of extremely fine roots and fine roots with a diameter of less than 2.0 mm accounted for more than 98%and 90%of the total root length and total surface area,respectively,which was conducive to the absorption of water and nutrients.
