Chestnuts were one of the important high-quality grain and oil economic forest species in China,with high nutritional and economic value.However,in cultivation management,especially improper shaping and pruning,seriously affected the increase in yield.Therefore,the author focused on summarizing the shaping and pruning techniques of chestnuts in order to provide scientific guidance for chestnut growers.
