Experimental Planting Performance of'Yanfu 10'Apple in Yan'an
The'Yanfu 10'apple was selected from the'Yanfu 3'bud mutation by the Fruit Tree Workstation in Yantai City,Shandong Province.In March 2014,the author imported 520 plants'Yanfu 10'apple trees from the Yantai Modern Fruit Science Research Institute in Shandong Province and planted them in Luochuan City,Shaanxi Province.After nearly 10 years of observation,this variety has excellent comprehensive fruit traits,was popular among consumers.It has a strong and easy to manage tree body,and produced early results.It was very suitable for the climate and soil conditions in Yan'an City and has been identified as a variety for promotion by Yan'an City.Now summarized its growth performance and cultivation techniques for reference of fruit farmers.
