呼和浩特城市污水回用的现状及对策

摘要
呼和浩特市属于干旱缺水地区.随着城市人口的扩张及工农业用水的需求,仅仅依靠开采地下水资源是无法解决供需之间的矛盾,因此合理利用城市污水就成了一个探索研究的重要课题.通过分析城市污水回用的现状,指出污水水量小、污水回用设备不过关、自来水水价过低及公众意识欠缺是导致污水回用发展缓慢的主要原因.基于以上原因的分析,给出了可以通过提高公众意识、规范工程施工及通过水价杠杆调节等措施来有效的促进呼和浩特市的污水回用的结论.
Abstract
Huhehaote locates the droughty and lack water area. Along with population expanding and industry and agriculture requirement increasing in water, so research on sewage reuse is becoming an important topic. Through analyzing the current situation , it is pointed out that Sewage shortage, poor - quality equipments, low - price main water and un - pressing public cognitions are major reasons for the lagging development of sewage reuse. Basing on above analysis, this paper gives some methods to promote sewage reuse by boosting public cognitions, normalizing project construction and adjusting price of main water.
