自然环境下水分蒸发抑制剂的研究

以十六醇作为水分蒸发抑制剂的膜基材,对比了十六醇溶液体系和十六醇乳液体系在自然环境下抑制水分蒸发方面的作用,测试了膜表面浓度、水体温度等因素对分子不溶膜抑制效果的影响,探讨了不溶膜的生物降解性和实际应用价值.研究结果表明,当乳液体系膜表面浓度为0.8 g/m2,室外实验时间长达15天时,抑制率依旧可保持在50%左右.并且,乳液体系形成的不溶膜具有更好的抗环境干扰能力,生物降解性好,有一定的实际应用价值.
Study on Water Evaporation Retardant under Natural Environment
The film material of water evaporation retardants was prepared with hexadecanol. Emulsion system was compared with solution system on the ability of water evaporation under natural environment. The effect factors of the film surface concentration and water temperatures on retardation of water evaporation were tested. The biological degradation and practical application of insoluble film were discussed. The results show that the percentage resistance of emulsion system is still about 50% after 15 days under natural environment, while the film surface concentration is 0.8 g/m2. Besides,the insoluble film from the emulsion system has the ability of anti - temperature interference and of biological degradation.
