绿色低碳高质量发展是企业处于生态建设政策背景下取得市场优势的重要方向,它能为企业节能减排,降低生产成本.将碳排放指标与TOC理论相结合,再运用因果链从5M1E角度系统地找出企业的碳排放瓶颈,制定绿色低碳高质量生产管理模式,从而为企业如何绿色低碳高质量发展提供理论方法依据.最后以ZT公司为例,对该方法进行应用验证,通过绿色低碳高质量生产管理模式找出实际碳排放瓶颈,初步对各工序进行优化,再对瓶颈工序针对性优化,制定标准与维持改善后碳排放量降低了2.56%,证实了该模式的可行性.
Research on Green,Low-carbon and High-quality Development Production Management Mode Based on TOC Theory and Causal Chain
Green,low-carbon and high-quality development is an important direction for enterprises to gain market advantages un-der the background of ecological construction policies,which can save energy and reduce emissions for enterprises and reduce production costs.Combining the carbon emission index with TOC theory,and then using the causal chain to systematically find out the carbon emis-sion bottleneck of enterprises from the perspective of 5M1E,and formulate a green,low-carbon and high-quality production manage-ment model,so as to provide theoretical and methodological basis for the green,low-carbon and high-quality development of enterpri-ses.Finally,ZT Company was taken as an example to verify the application of this method.The actual carbon emission bottleneck was identified through the green,low-carbon and high-quality production management mode,and each process was preliminarily opti-mized,and then targeted optimization was made to the bottleneck process.After formulating standards and maintaining improvement,the carbon emission was reduced by 2.56%,which confirmed the feasibility of this mode.
