碳减排约束和氢能的城市能源污染控制研究

针对城市能源污染控制问题,在碳减排约束的框架下,探讨氢能作为清洁能源替代方案的应用潜力.构建城市化石燃料能源污染的评估指标体系,获取并分析城市不同化石能源结构的使用比例.基于碳减排目标,建立城市污染控制模型,重点计算氢能替代传统化石能源的最佳比重,以有效控制城市能源污染.结果表明:化石能源消耗与排放具有季节性特征,供暖期煤炭污染显著,天然气夏冬季用量增加.除PM10 外,其他污染物排放量高,尤其 CO2.所提方法显著降低污染物排放,如 PM2.5、SO2、CO2 月均排放量分别为 3.5 吨、2.4 吨、4.2 吨,为城市能源清洁化提供了科学依据.
Urban Energy Pollution Control Considering Carbon Emission Reduction Constraints and Hydrogen Energy
Aiming at the problem of urban energy pollution control,the application potential of hydrogen energy as a clean energy al-ternative was discussed under the framework of carbon emission reduction constraint.To construct the evaluation index system of urban fossil fuel energy pollution,this study obtains and analyzes the proportion of urban use of different fossil energy structures.Based on the carbon emission reduction target,urban pollution control model is established to calculate the optimal proportion of hydrogen energy to re-place traditional fossil energy,so as to effectively control urban energy pollution.The results show that fossil energy consumption and emissions have seasonal characteristics,coal pollution is significant in heating period,and natural gas consumption increases in summer and winter.In addition to PM10,the emission of other pollutants is high,especially CO2.The proposed method significantly reduces pol-lutant emissions,such as the average monthly emissions of PM2.5,SO2 and CO2 are 3.5 tons,2.4 tons and 4.2 tons,respectively,provi-ding a scientific basis for urban energy cleanliness.
