城市环境中化工废气挥发性有机污染物治理技术研究

为了开发新型的化工废气挥发性有机污染物治理技术,以降低成本、减少二次污染为目的,采用O2+H2O为自由基源物质实施化工废气挥发性有机污染物的降解脱除治理.基于直流电晕放电诱导自由基簇射VOCs治理技术搭建治理装置,采集某染料化工厂挥发性有机污染物.设计制备自由基源物质的设备,由流量计、干燥氧气、氧气恒温增湿装置、气压计构成,将经过恒温增湿处理后的氧气导入喷嘴电极,在电晕放电的作用下,实现治理目标.降解效率都会随着电压的升高而提高,在低电压下,降解效率差距较大,而当电压升高时,这种差距逐渐缩小.
Research on the Treatment Technology of Volatile Organic Pollutants in Chemical Waste Gas in Urban Environment
In order to develop a new treatment technology for volatile organic pollutants in chemical waste gas,in order to reduce the cost and secondary pollution,O2+H2O was used as the free radical source to reduce the volatile organic pollutants in chemical waste gas.Based on the treatment technology of free radical shower VOCs induced by DC corona discharge,a treatment device was built to collect volatile organic pollutants from a dye chemical plant.The equipment for preparing free radical source substances is designed,which con-sists of flowmeter,dry oxygen,oxygen constant temperature humidification device and barometer.The oxygen after constant temperature humidification is introduced into the nozzle electrode,and the treatment target is achieved under the action of corona discharge.The deg-radation efficiency will increase with the increase of voltage.At low voltage,the degradation efficiency gap is large,and when the voltage increases,the gap gradually narrows.
