Research on Biomass Charcoal Ecological Remediation of Heavy Metal Contaminated Soil in Solid Waste Disposal Sites
The solid waste dismantling site carries a large amount of solid waste, resulting in severe heavy metal pollution in the sur-rounding soil. Therefore,a study on the ecological restoration of heavy metal contaminated soil in the solid waste dismantling site using biomass charcoal is proposed. After selecting the experimental area, this study prepares biomass charcoal and develops an experimental plan to set up five experimental groups and add different doses of biomass charcoal in order to measure the remediation effect. The experi-mental results showed that with the increase of biomass charcoal application dose, the heavy metal content and total nitrogen content in the soil showed decreases first and then increases. The soil pH value, microbial quantity and enzyme activity showed a trend of first increas-ing and then decreasing. The organic matter content showed a trend of first increasing and then stabilizing. When the amount of biomass charcoal additive is 20%,the performance of soil heavy metal pollution control and ecological restoration reaches its optimal state.
