多行业固定污染源VOCs排放自动监测方法研究

挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)是主要的污染源之一,故提出一种多行业固定污染源VOCs排放自动监测方法.组建利用活性炭吸附剂采样管采样,利用气相色谱对其它污染特征展开分析.分别对多种不同物质展开采样和分析,在指定的色谱条件下各个挥发有机物可以完成良好的分离,绘制各个物质的标准曲线,获取多行业固定污染源VOCs排放情况,进而实现多行业固定污染源VOCs排放自动监测.实验结果表明,所提方法可以实现多行业固定污染源VOCs排放的实时监测,获取精准的VOCs排放自动监测结果,为多行业VOCs的控制提供有效依据.
Automatic Monitoring Method for VOCs Emissions from Fixed Pollution Sources in Multiple Industries
Volatile organic compounds(VOCs)are one of the main pollution sources.Therefore,an automatic monitoring method for VOCs emissions from multi-industry stationary pollution sources is proposed.This study constructs a sampling tube using activated car-bon adsorbent for sampling,and analyzes other pollution characteristics using gas chromatography.Various different substances are sam-pled and analyzed separately under specified chromatographic conditions,each volatile organic compound can be well separated.The re-search draws standard curves for each substance,obtains VOC emissions from fixed pollution sources in multiple industries,and achieve automatic monitoring of VOC emissions from fixed pollution sources in multiple industries.The experimental results show that the pro-posed method can achieve real-time monitoring of VOCs emissions from fixed pollution sources in multiple industries,obtaining accurate automatic monitoring results of VOCs emissions and providing effective basis for the control of VOCs in multiple industries.
