摘要

为了解大庆水库水生生物群落结构特征及水生态环境健康状况,对大庆水库浮游生物和底栖动物进行调查并分析了群落结构的主要影响因子.调查期间,浮游植物物种数在55~66 种之间,浮游动物在36~57 种之间,底栖动物在7~13 种之间.TN、TP、高锰酸盐指数、COD和NH3-N等为影响浮游生物群落结构的主要环境因子,COD、BOD5 和高锰酸盐指数为影响底栖动物群落结构的主要环境因子.综合生物多样性指数的水质评价结果表明:大庆水库研究区域水质总体处于中污水平.

Abstract

Daqing Reservoir,is one of important drinking water Source in Daqing,Heilongjiang Province.To explore the structure char-acteristics of aquatic community and assessment the aquatic ecological health status,plankton and macrobenthos sample surveys were conduc-ted in Daqing Reservoir,in July 2022,June 2023 and September 2023.The maininfluencing factors were analyzed by RDA analysis and Pear-son correlation analysis.The results showed that 55~66 species of phytoplankton,36~57 species of zooplankton and 7~13 species of macro-benthos were identified.RDA analysis showed that total nitrogen(TN),total phosphorus(TP),Permanganate index,Chemical oxygen de-mand(COD)and Ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N)were the major environmental factors affecting the plankton community.COD,Five-day bio-chemical oxygen demand(BOD5)and Permanganate index were the major environmental factors affecting the macrobenthos community.Based on the diversity indices,the results showed that the water quality ofDaqing Reservoir was at medium pollution level.
