In the process of carrying out cross-border business,small and medium-sized export cross-border e-commerce enterprises repeatedly hit a wall in the face of intellectual property issues,which has a negative impact on the operation of enterprises and even a serious threat.Intellectual property infringement and infringed has increasingly become a headache for small and medium-sized export cross-border e-commerce enterprises.In order to reduce the property rights risk of small and medium-sized export cross-border e-commerce enterprises,the government should actively improve the institutional environment of property rights,cross-border e-commerce industry associations should play a prominent role in property rights professional services,and enterprises should improve their ability to plan property rights,so as to form a joint force from the three aspects.
