The vigorous development of the digital economy has made the circulation and sharing of data a focus of attention for enterprises and society. The game of market interest groups leads to data fragmentation and the formation of data silos,seriously hindering the flow and sharing of data. At the same time,due to the lack of effective resolution of data ownership rights,major platforms rely on their monopoly on data to collect and disseminate user privacy data,resulting in an endless problem of user information leakage. Data antitrust inevitably requires data sharing,which inevitably leads to the leakage of personal information. How to protect user privacy during the antitrust process has become a hot topic of discussion. On the basis of analyzing the specific manifestations of the conflict between data antitrust and privacy protection,this study analyzes the root causes of the current conflict between the two,and utilizes blockchain technology to achieve the coordinated development of platform data antitrust and privacy protection.
