摘要

在国有企业改革发展过程中,人力资源管理者的工作产出对国有企业的整体运营有着至关重要的作用.本研究打破了人力资源固有的框架思维审视偏见,通过分层次构建胜任力体系,基于现存问题对国企女性人力资源管理者的胜任力进行有针对性的研究,提出客观进行自我效能评价、发挥女性情绪智力长板、增强战略性前瞻性全局性、提升行业洞察力敏捷力、克服个人主观内置情绪、提升大数据应用能力等对策建议.

Abstract

In the process of state-owned enterprise reform and development,the work output of human resource managers has a crucial impact on the overall operation of state-owned enterprises.This article breaks the inherent framework thinking bias in examining human resources,constructs a competency system at different levels,and conducts targeted research on the competency of female human resource managers in state-owned enterprises based on existing problems. It proposes objective self-evaluation,leveraging the strengths of women's emotional intelligence,enhancing strategic foresight and global perspective,enhancing industry insight and agility,overcoming personal subjective built-in emotions Suggestions for improving big data application capabilities and other countermeasures.
