摘要
长期以来,中欧合作历久弥新,经贸合作一直是中欧关系的压舱石,不管是贸易、投资以及价值链方面都保持着良好的合作并取得了丰硕的成果;与此同时,发展形势的不确定性与不稳定性的叠加也为中欧经贸合作带来诸多挑战.为此,本文立足于中欧双方合作的现实基础,分析面临的潜在挑战,并提出了积极拓宽贸易、投资及第三方市场合作,坚持互利共赢的措施,在变局中开新局,在新局中占先机,携手开拓中欧经贸合作新局面.
Abstract
For a long time,China-EU cooperation has been new,economic and trade cooperation has been the ballast of China-EU relations,no matter trade,investment and value chain have maintained good cooperation and achieved fruitful results;at the same time,the superposition of the uncertainty and instability of the development situation has also brought a lot of challenges for China-EU economic and trade cooperation.For this reason,this paper is based on the reality of China-EU cooperation,analyzes the potential challenges,and puts forward measures to actively expand trade,investment and third-party market cooperation,adhere to the mutual benefit and win-win measures,to open up a new situation in the changing situation,to take the first opportunity in the new situation,and to jointly open up a new situation of China-EU economic and trade cooperation.
