平台型领导对知识型员工越轨创新行为的影响——以民营企业为例

近年来,我国经济已迈进以创新驱动为主导的高质量发展阶段,提高民营企业创新能力成为学界广泛关注的问题。知识型员工对于企业创新的作用不容忽视,而以平等、共享和赋能为主要特征的平台型领导很大程度上对知识型员工创新行为存在影响。本文基于社会交换理论,引入责任知觉作为中介变量,构建平台型领导驱动知识型员工越轨创新行为的中介模型,探讨自我领导的调节作用。通过对哈尔滨市GK药业的员工访谈分析了平台型领导对知识型员工越轨创新的影响机制。
The influence of platform leadership on deviant innovation behavior of knowledge workers——Take private enterprises as an example
In recent years,China's economy has stepped into a stage of high-quality development dominated by innovation,and improving the innovation ability of private enterprises has become a widespread concern in the academic world.The role of knowledge workers in enterprise innovation can not be ignored,and the platform leadership with the main characteristics of equality,sharing and empowerment has an impact on the innovation behavior of knowledge workers to a large extent.Based on the social exchange theory,this paper introduces the perception of responsibility as the mediating variable,constructs the mediating model that platform leadership drives the deviant innovation behavior of knowledge employees,and discusses the moderating effect of self-leadership.This paper analyzes the influence mechanism of platform leadership on the deviant innovation of knowledge workers through interviews with employees of GK Pharmaceutical in Harbin City.
