The Study of the Cultivation Mode of Green Financial Talents from the Perspective of Diversity and Integration
The green finance is of great significance for promoting green development and facilitating the harmonious coexistence between human beings and nature.In the new era,green finance also serves as a crucial foundation for achieving Dual Carbon Goals and accelerating economic recovery,with its pivotal importance in nurturing talents and building talent echelons.It is imperative to research the training mode of green financial talent from an integrated perspective,so that it can transform the obstructive effect of the capacity-demand mismatch and can achieve high-efficiency coordination among various links of talent training.With the aim of promoting the full realization of synergistic effects among various elements of green financial talent training,this paper starts by clarifying the requirements for green financial talent training,analyzing the problems during the training process,and pointing out the deficiencies in traditional training of financial talents,to construct a green financial talent training model based on the tripartite collaboration of universities,enterprises,and governments under the perspective of this three-party's coordinated development.
