Research on the Relationship between Service Quality,Tourism Experience,Tourist Satisfaction and Tourism Behavioural Intention——The Case of Jingdezhen B&B
This paper takes Jingdezhen B&B as an example to study the relationship between service quality,tourism experience,tourists'satisfaction and tourism behaviour intention.The paper establishes a structural equation model on the basis of literature study.The relationship between service quality,tourism experience,tourists'satisfaction and tourism behaviour intention is explored by analyzing 214 valid questionnaires collected.The results of the study show that there is a positive correlation between B&B service quality,tourism experience,tourists'satisfaction and tourism behaviour intention,and that service quality,in addition to its direct effect on tourism behaviour intention,also affects tourism behaviour intention through the two mediating variables of tourism experience and tourists'satisfaction.
