Research on the Mechanism and Path of Promoting The Construction of a Dual Circulation Pattern with New Consumption Assistance
New consumption is a consumption characterized by the upgrading of traditional consumption and the flourishing of emerging consumption. Its role in building a dual circulation pattern is increasingly prominent:It can promote the deep integration of the dual circulation supply and demand system,and it is an important supporting force for building a modern industrial system to form a higher level of circulation.In addition,it also injects new momentum into the external circulation. This article mainly studies the role and countermeasures of new consumption in the dual circulation pattern:Firstly,a logical reasoning is conducted on the mechanism of the role of new consumption in promoting the dual circulation,and then the restrictive factors existing in new Circulation are listed,such as insufficient consumer groups in terms of population,income in terms of purchasing power still needs to be improved,and consumption demand in terms of purchasing desire is suppressed. Finally,countermeasures are proposed from five aspects:exploring new markets and expanding consumer groups,creating a new consumer environment,promoting new business models and products,introducing new systems and supporting policies,and encouraging innovation and development of new technologies.
