Analysis of the Current Situation of Foreign Economic and Trade Cooperation between Heilongjiang and the Far East of Russia
The economic and trade cooperation between Hei-longjiang Province and the Far East region of Russia has natural geographical advantages. Currently,the current situation of foreign economic and trade cooperation between the two regions shows that economic and trade cooperation relies on the promotion of the Chinese and Russian governments,mainly through general trade and small border trade,and the slow progress of investment cooperation between the two sides. Measures such as establishing communication mechanisms and strengthening the cultivation of economic and trade talents can be taken to further strengthen the economic and trade cooperation between the two regions.
