摘要

近年来,在居民生活水平显著提高、"懒宅经济"盛行、新冠疫情、烹饪便捷性需求逐年提升等多因素影响下,国内预制菜行业迅速发展.本文运用数理统计方法,对西安市居民的预制菜购买意愿及影响因素进行调查分析.结果表明,西安市居民对预制菜的购买意愿较高,虽然,对于产品质量问题存在担忧,但同时也看重预制菜的便捷.对此,本研究提出以下建议:政府要充分发挥主导作用,健全相关法律法规,加快冷链物流体系建设;预制菜生产企业要加强产品的宣传和推广,增强品牌意识,提高产品的质量和安全性,促进预制菜市场的健康发展.

Abstract

In recent years,under the influence of multiple factors such as the significant improvement in residents'living standards,the prevalence of the"lazy home economy",the COVID-19 epidemic,and the increasing demand for cooking convenience year by year,the domestic prepared food industry has developed rapidly. This paper uses mathematical statistics methods to investigate and analyze Xi'an residents' purchase intention of prepared vegetables and the influencing factors. The results show that Xi'an residents have a high willingness to purchase prepared dishes and are worried about product quality,but they also value the convenience of prepared dishes. In this regard,this article recommends that the government should give full play to its leading role,improve relevant laws and regulations,and speed up the construction of the cold chain logistics system;enterprises producing prepared vegetables should strengthen product publicity and promotion,enhance brand awareness,improve product quality and safety,and promote the development of prepared food markets.
